About the company

The company organises the supply of industrial and consumer goods from Asia into the Kyrgyz Republic. It acts as a principal to the cross-border contract and is responsible for supplier selection, specification, shipment and documentation.

Where we sit between buyer and manufacturer

Hong Kong was built to intermediate trade: a free port, no duty on most goods, a banking system designed around cross-border commerce, and direct access to the mainland manufacturing base. We use that position for what it is - consolidating procurement, negotiating with manufacturers and carrying the cross-border leg of the transaction.

How delivery is structured

In addition to direct supply, we work through a network of operating companies resident in the Kyrgyz Republic. Each is specialised by product group: one is set up for rolled metal, another for construction materials, another for foodstuffs. This gives two things. First, the entity that actually executes the delivery holds a registered activity and permit history matching the goods. Second, for the buyer the transaction becomes a domestic purchase rather than a third-country import.
