Trade and supply into the Kyrgyz Republic
AC Asia Capital Limited is a Hong Kong trading company. We source goods across Asia and deliver them into the Kyrgyz Republic, either under a direct cross-border contract or through a network of specialised Kyrgyz-resident operating companies.
Two ways to structure a delivery
Direct contract
AC Asia Capital Limited contracts with the buyer directly. We select the manufacturer, agree the specification, arrange shipment and issue the full set of trade documents. Settlement in the contract currency. Suited to buyers who already operate their own import function.
Through the operating network in Kyrgyzstan
Goods are supplied to a Kyrgyz-resident company specialised in the relevant product group, and reach the buyer as a domestic sale within Kyrgyzstan. The buyer contracts with a local supplier rather than with a third-country one, settles in som, and deals with a counterparty whose registered activity matches the goods.
What we supply
Nine product directions. Each is handled by a separate operating company with its own specialisation, its own registered activity and its own permit history for that specific range of goods. The specification is read by someone who understands it.

On request: IT hardware and licensed software, industrial automation and warehouse robotics, precious metal products. These require an additional permit and compliance perimeter and are discussed case by case.

The company is incorporated in Hong Kong - a free port, a mature banking jurisdiction and the natural interface to mainland Chinese manufacturing.
A local contract where you need one
Under Route B the buyer contracts with a Kyrgyz-resident company and settles in som, which removes the cross-border contract and the currency-control paperwork from the buyer's side.

Each product group is handled by a dedicated operating company with a matching registered activity, not by a single general-purpose intermediary.
Documentation built for the buyer's books
The closing document set is assembled to meet the buyer's accounting and customs requirements.
We screen what we ship
We do not supply dual-use goods, military or specially designated products, or items on control lists. Every shipment is screened by HS code, and every counterparty against OFAC SDN, EU, UK and UN designations. Transactions that raise reasonable doubt are not executed.
